We were drinking hot chocolate with our breakfast this morning when Ambrose said, "There's hot cocoa in my stomach." (slight pause) "It's gone forever."

Trust me it, that chocolate, it's not gone forever, in fact it stays with you much longer then you would like. Sounds like it's time to teach Ambrose about calories.
